I bowled in the middle to late 60's and bowled on 4 league champion teams. I quit bowling until the 1990's.
In 1992 I started bowling again and in 1992, 1993 and 1995, won league championships. In 1993, I had highest average in the league.

In 1979, I started backpacking and went on 1 or 2 packs a year until 1991, when my knees got too bad to hike. I backpacked in the Trinity Alps, Marble Mountains and the Kern River Golden Trout Wilderness Area.
Now I spend my time riding around and exploring old ghost towns from the late 1800's era.
I worked in the natural gas fields for 28 1/2 years. During that time, I was a, what they call a "pumper". Duties were testing, setting up the equipment and producing the wells.
Before working in the gas fields, I was a barber and also worked for the Forest Service, driving the fire truck and fighting fires. Since quitting the gas fields, I have gone back to barbering. Check out the images on the "Gas Field" link above.
